Pair Of Storms Headed To Central, South Coasts; Light Rainfall Predicted, No Evacuation Warnings
For the second weekend in a row, there’s rain in the forecast for the Central and South Coasts. But, the two storms in the forecast are predicted to only bring light rainfall to the region, and no problems are expected in brush fire burn zones.
Storm number one is going to bring about a quarter of an inch to a half inch of rain to the coast, and inland areas. starting Friday. Some spots in the mountains could get an inch of rain. The storm is expected to wrap up and move out of the area tomorrow afternoon.
The second storm is expected to arrive on Sunday, with even less rainfall. But, it will be a colder system, and there could be snowfall in the region down to around 2500 feet Sunday night. There are no evacuation watches or warnings for burn zones on the Central and South Coasts.
