A state highway in Ventura County is open again after a huge boulder partially blocking the roadway was blown up, and the chunks removed.

Recent storms dislodged the giant rock, which rolled onto Highway 150 between Santa Paula and Ojai.

It happened about 13 miles northwest of Santa Paula.  Once it was dynamited Tuesday, crews spent the rest of the day clearing the highway, reopening it at around 5 p.m.
