A school crossing guard has been killed in a traffic accident in Ventura County.
It happened at about two p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Los Angeles and Socrates Avenues in Simi Valley.
Police say three vehicles were involved in a collision at the intersection, and one of them hit the crossing guard. She was taken to a hospital, where she died from her injuries. Her name hasn’t been released yet.
