A Santa Barbara County farm that federal health officials say is one source of the E. coli outbreak in romaine lettuce is expanding the recall.

Adam Brothers Farming in Santa Maria is also recalling its red leaf and green leaf lettuce and cauliflower harvested on November 27th through the 30th.

The farm says it may be contaminated with E. coli bacteria. However, these products have not tested positive for E. coli, and no illnesses have been reported.

The farm is initiating this voluntary recall in cooperation with the FDA out of an abundance of caution. The cauliflower and lettuce were distributed to wholesalers in California, among a number of states.

Santa Barbara County Supervisor Peter Adam owns the farm with three of this brothers.
