Another South Coast school is reporting a case of tuberculosis on campus.
Ventura County Public Health officials say a single case of the disease has been discovered at Oxnard High School.
Parents and staff members have been notified of the occurrence. Health officials will host a meeting in the schools’ gym at 6 p.m. Monday to talk about testing plans, and provide information about the disease.
TB turned up at Rio Vista Middle School over the summer, but health officials say the two instances do not appear to be connected.
