A Ventura County man is dead following an all-terrain vehicle accident.
CHP officers say the 48 year old man was riding on Hall Road north of Fillmore just before seven Wednesday night when for some reason he drove into a dirt berm.
He was thrown off the ATV into a tree. The Fillmore man died a short time after the accident at a hospital. His name hasn’t been released yet.
