Man Arrested In Connection With Overdose Death In Ventura County

There’s been an arrest in Ventura County in connection with the overdose death of a woman.

Family members found Lyndsay Binkowski unconscious at her Thousand Oaks home in April. The 26 year old woman was taken to a hospital, where she died a day later. Ventura County Sheriff’s detectives say she had fentanyl patches on her body.

They launched an investigation, which they say led them to Robert Blackburn of Thousand Oaks.

Investigators say they found methamphetamine, fentanyl patches, and other drugs at Blackburn’s home. The detectives say they also found evidence that he supplied drugs to the woman who died.

He was arrested on multiple drug related charges.
