Colombian Rider Who Won Pro Cycling Event On South Coast Wins Overall Race

He won Stage Two of America’s biggest pro cycling event, between Ventura to Santa Barbara last week.

Over the weekend, Egan Bernal won the entire 2018 Amgen Tour of California. The 21 year old Colombian is part of TeamSky from Great Britain.

It was a year of upsets for the seven stage race, which finished in Sacramento. Peter Sagan, the world’s top ranked rider didn’t win any of the stages of the race this year. Also not winning any of the stages this time around was Mark Cavendish, who has ten Amgen Tour of California Stage wins on his resume, as well as 30 Tour de France Stage wins.
