FEMA Opens Aid Centers In Ventura County For Fire And Flood Victims

The number of places where Thomas Fire, and flood victims can get aid, and information has expanded.

FEMA now has aid centers up and running in Ventura County.

FEMA’s Disaster Recovery Center in Ventura is in the parking lot of the Ventura County Credit Union on at Telephone Road. It’s open six days a week, with limited hours on Saturday.

FEMA is also operating a Saturdays only satellite location in Ojai. It’s at the Stagecoach Station General Store on Ojai Road, in Upper Ojai.

In Santa Barbara County, the County continues to operate its Local Recovery and Assistance Center. It has representatives from local, state, and federal agencies as well as non-profits. The Center is at Calvary Chapel in Santa Barbara, and is open every day of the week except for Sundays.
