A longtime community leader on the South Coast has died.
Jeanne Graffy served as a Santa Barbara City Councilwoman, and a Santa Barbara County Supervisor. Graffy was also involved in a number of community groups and projects.
Graffy died of natural causes. She was 91 years old.
