A public school specifically focused on helping children on the autism spectrum in Ventura County is losing its home.

Triton School has been serving children at what was a vacant Pleasant Valley School District campus in Camarillo. However, due to a projected growth in enrollment in the district, it has notified the Ventura County Office of Education it will need the campus back at the end of the 2017-2018 school year.

The County Office is talking to other school districts in the county to see if it can find a new home for Triton’s 80 plus students.
