Three Killed, Two Seriously Injured In Head-On Crash On PCH In Ventura County

Three people are dead, and two seriously injured following a head-on traffic accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in Ventura County.

The crash happened at about 8:30 Wednesday night near Mugu Rock.

CHP investigators say a southbound car crossed into northbound traffic, and hit an oncoming SUV head-on. The driver of the car, and the two adults in the SUV were pronounced dead at the scene. Two children who were passengers in the van were seriously injured. The names of the victims haven’t been released yet.

The PCH was closed most of the night by the crash.
