Rain In The Forecast? It's Not A Mistake

There’s a word that hasn’t been in our weather forecast for a long time, but it’s there for this weekend. That word is rain. We could see rain on parts of the Central and South Coasts.

A trio of cold fronts is expected to move through our region between now and Monday morning. The fronts are expected to pack a pretty good punch for Northern California, but just light rain for us. The first front will move through the area overnight tonight, and the second will sail through Saturday night into Sunday morning, with rain possible to around Santa Barbara.

The third system Sunday night into Monday could bring some rain as far south as Ventura County, but it’s expected to be under a quarter of an inch.
