Voters had some strong opinions on some State Assembly races on the Central and South Coasts yesterday, but the voting was just a warmup to the November election.
In the wide open 37th District seat, which includes Santa Barbara County, and part of Ventura County, Democrat S. Monique Limon topped Edward Fuller. In the 44th Assembly District, which is mostly in Ventura County, but includes a sliver of Los Angeles County, Democrat Jacqui Irwin had solid numbers against Republican challenger Kerry Nelson.
