There a new judge on the bench on the South Coast this week.
Catherine Voelker took the oath of office as a Ventura County Superior Court Judge. Voelker served as a prosecutor with the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office for 15 years.
She was elected to the post in March, and will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of longtime judge Vincent O’Neill.
