The Plains All American Pipeline disaster at Refugio State Beach last year that caused damages both on and offshore lead to a 46-count criminal indictment.

The charges came from a grand jury hearing, where numerous witnesses were called in for testimony.

After some preliminary court hearings, however, a Santa Barbara Superior Court judge has decided not to release the list of witnesses at this time.

Judge Jean Dandona met with attorneys for about an hour Thursday to discuss the issue.

Another hearing to possibly change the location of the trial proceedings ahead will be held in September.
