New COVID-19 case numbers on the Central and South Coasts continue to skew on the low side. 113 cases were reported from Saturday through Monday.
Ventura County had 69, Santa Barbara County 33, and San Luis Obispo 113.
The total number of cases in the region stands at just over 136.700. As of Monday, the three counties remained in the state's Orange reopening tier.
