Central, South Coasts Have One Of Their Lowest New COVID-19 Case Counts In Months

No additional deaths reported in region

The Central and South Coasts had one of their lowest new COVID-19 case count yet of 2021 Friday, with just 58 new cases in the region.

Ventura County reported 30, Santa Barbara County 17, and San Luis Obispo County had 11.

No new deaths were reported in the Tri-Counties Friday.

All three counties remain in the state’s Orange reopening tier. Vaccinations have become easily obtainable in the region, with a number of walkup sites now in operation.
