New COVID-19 Relief Grant Program On Central, South Coasts Targets Micro And Small Businesses

Grant amounts could range up to $25,000

There’s a new emergency grant program to help small businesses impacted by COVID-19 on the Central and South Coasts.

Santa Barbara County and the Santa Barbara Foundation have teamed up for the effort. Microenterprise businesses will be able to apply for up to $10,000 in assistance, and small businesses may receive up to $25,000.

The funding is coming from the federal government, Grant recipients will be required to show that they have been hurt by the pandemic.

The grant window opens May 10th, and they will be awarded on a first-come, first served basis. The portal for grant applications is through the Santa Barbara Foundation. You can find details at: https://www.sbfoundation.org/
