There are now more than 300 confirmed coronavirus cases on the Central and South Coasts. Ventura County has the most, with 149. Santa Barbara County has 99, and San Luis Obispo County 80.
There’s also been an additional death. There have now been five on the Central and South Coasts, with all five in Ventura County. More than 50 people are in hospitals in the three counties.
Ventura County has tightened its stay at home orders. The county is also closing all of its campgrounds. People must leave them by noon Wednesday.
