19 Confirmed/Presumptive Positive Coronavirus Cases Now Reported On Central, South Coasts

The coronavirus numbers are climbing on the Central and South Coasts. There are 11 confirmed or presumptive positive cases in Ventura County. San Luis Obispo County is reporting six, and Santa Barbara County two.

Meanwhile, Ventura County issued some health orders intended to help protect people, and contain the virus. People over 75, or those over 70 with health issues, have been given a shelter-in-place warnings, ordered to shelter at their homes through April 1st.

The county has ordered the closure of all bars, nightclubs, breweries, wineries, movie theaters, and gyms through the end of the month.

Restaurants can offer takeout or delivered food, but on-site dining isn’t allowed. Bars which offer food can keep their kitchen open for takeaway food
