“The Bald Soprano”

“The Bald Soprano”

Thursday-Sunday, Oct. 21-23, 8 p.m.; Oct. 24, 2 p.m. Holding the world record for longest-running play in the same theater, The Bald Soprano by Eugene Ionesco follows the Smiths, a middle-class English couple, and their dinner party with their good friends, the Martins. Their small talk is merry, but something lurks beneath their white-knuckled grip on society’s convention of communication.

Student Grace Phenicie will direct the play produced by the Department of Theatre Arts and Dance.

Admission is free. For more information, call 805-493-3452.
