Journey Through the Chakras ~
Join us for a journey toward wholeness, vitality, and deep inner peace. Each of us carries a quiet map within — a pathway of energy centers that shape and influence the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives: how we feel, move, connect, and grow. The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means ‘wheel’, as the chakras are seen as spinning wheels of energy within our bodies that can be influenced by how we live our lives. Our Chakra Flow Sound Journey Series has explored these inner landscapes, one by one — from root to crown — through simple, integrative practices to — help you understand the strengths, signals, and what helps bring them into balance.

Tonight, for our last class in the Chakra Flow Series, we will journey through each of the 7 Chakras and beyond - into the celestial realm of the Soul Star Chakra, the 8th Chakra.

Learn and experience simple and effective ways to realign, restore, and sustain your inner flow and balance for optimal well-being.

What to Expect:
About Our “YOUniversity” Enrichment Classes & Sound Journeys

1- Enrichment Practices (~ 20 - 30 minutes)
The evening begins with an introduction to the featured Chakra and with varying complementary practices which may include:

Intentional breathing
Gentle movement or other grounding practices
Rhythm-making
Vocal toning or song
Creative expression
A guided meditation (during the Sound Journey)
2- The Main Feature — Immersive Sound Journey (~ 50 - 60 minutes)
