A massive sewage spill triggered by last week's big storm has led to some beach closures in Ventura County, centered around the Ventura area.

There are no signs of foul play, but an autopsy is pending.

Search and rescue teams have recovered a body from a Santa Barbara beach.

It was spotted just before 10 Tuesday morning near the base of a cliff just west of Shoreline Park.

The man in his 50s was pronounced dead at the scene. There are no signs of foul play, but an autopsy is pending. The man's name hasn’t been released.
