Quake! Magnitude 3.9 quake rattles parts of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties

A small earthquake rattled parts of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.

The magnitude 3.9 quake occurred at 10:13 Sunday night. The epicenter was in the San Fernando Valley, in the North Hollywood area.

There are no reports of injuries or damage.

People reported feeling it in parts of Ventura County, with numerous reports from Simi Valley, Moorpark, and the Conejo Valley.
