A British pub in Thousand Oaks is gearing up to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III on Saturday

The Coronation of King Charles the 3rd takes place 6000 miles away in London on Saturday.

It’s happening 6000 miles away and starts at 3am Pacific time but at this British pub in Ventura County, a life-sized cardboard cut out of King Charles III is ready to welcome guests.

We have a special menu with food and drinks honoring the King and the Queen Consort," said Kim Miller, the General Manager of the Crown and Anchor in Thousand Oaks.

She said they have special cocktails like a King-tini and the Royal Mimosa ready for royal fans.

Although some of her customers say they’re more excited about watching the Saturday soccer than the historic ceremony!
