How wet was it? Storm drops heavy rainfall in parts of the Tri-Counties

A major winter storm hitting the Tri-Counties delivered heavy rainfall as promised to the region.

As of midnight Friday, most of the region received up to five inches of rainfall.

In Ventura County, Oxnard had 1.7" of rain, Ventura 2.6", and Westlake Village 5.2".

Santa Barbara County had 4.7" of rain in Montecito, 5.4" in Lompoc, 2.7" in Santa Maria, and a whopping 9.3" at Gibraltar Dam.

And in San Luis Obispo County, Los Osos recorded 2.3" of rain, and Oceano 2.6".

The wettest spot in the region was Rose Valley, in the Los Padres National Forest, with 10.5" of rain.
