Detectives are trying to figure out what led to a fatal shooting on the South Coast over the holiday weekend.
Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Saticoy Sunday night by reports of a shooting. They found a man with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to a hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Investigators identified the man as Gabriel Cueva. There’s no word on what led to the fatal shooting of the 26-year-old man.
