One dead, two wounded following shooting at South Coast party

A shooting at a party in Oxnard has left one man dead, and two others injured.

Detectives are trying to figure out what led to a shooting at a South Coast party which left one man dead, and two seriously injured.

It happened at around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, in Oxnard. Investigators say around 100 people were on hand at a party in an abandoned business on the 3000 block of Saviers Road. It's unclear as to whether the owner of the property even knew what was occurring.

Officers called to the scene by reports of a shooting found a man who was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as Adrian Sandoval of Oxnard.

A second man was critically injured, and a third suffered a non-life threatening wound.
