There have been two arrests in connection with the fatal shooting of a man in Santa Barbara County. Richard Andrew Cardona was fatally wounded last Thursday night at a Goleta hotel.

Wednesday, detectives arrested Anthony Torres Lopes Junior in Santa Barbara in connection with the death. They say the 36-year-old Santa Barbara man is charged with robbery, and attempted extortion.
