Two dead, two hurt in South Coast traffic collision

A head-on traffic collision west of Moorpark Monday left two people dead, and two seriously injured.

Car and big rig have head-on crash.

Investigators are trying to figure out what led to a head-on traffic accident which left two people dead, and two seriously injured in Ventura County.

It happened around 3 p.m. Monday west of Moorpark.

CHP investigators say a car and a big rig collided on Grimes Canyon Road at Meadowglade Drive. Two people in the car were killed, and a third seriously injured. The driver of the truck also suffered serious injuries.
