Two people were found dead in a Moorpark home after authorities received a 911 call telling them bodies would be discovered at the house.

Deputies received 911 call saying bodies would be at house.

Detectives are investigating a grim discovery in Ventura County.

Emergency dispatchers received a call just before noon Saturday from someone saying deputies would find two bodies at a Moorpark home. The caller then hung up.

Officers arriving at the house on the 11000 block of Broadview Drive found the bodies of a 91-year-old man, and a 91-year-old woman. It was a married couple living at the home.

A gun found at the scene was believed to have been used for the deaths. Detectives think the man who made the 911 call was the man whose body was found at the scene.
