After losing its last season to the pandemic, a three decade old theater company in Ventura County is back with a full slate of shows.
Thousand Oaks-based Five Star Theatricals is planning productions of five well known musicals. The season starts in October with “Mamma Mia.” Other shows on the schedule include the comedy “Something Rotten,” Disney’s “Newsies,” and “The Addams Family.”
Five Star Theatricals was for years known as the Cabrillo Music Theater. It stages its shows at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center in Thousand Oaks.
