With most of the people on the Central and South Coasts who wanted COVID-19 vaccinations already getting their shots, one of the largest remaining mass vaccination sites in the region is preparing to close.
The Cottage Community Vaccine Clinic played a big role in Cottage Health administering more than 110,000 doses of vaccine.
The clinic in the parking lot next to Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital has already cut back to a one day a week operation. It’s open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursdays through July 29th.
Nearly 60% of Santa Barbara County’s population aged 12 and up is now fully vaccinated.
