Authorities are trying to figure out what led to a deadly traffic accident in Ventura County which killed two people, and injured four. It happened just before ten Thursday night, on Los Angeles Avenue in Simi Valley.
Simi Valley Police say a pickup truck went off the street near Emory Avenue, and hit a tree. The driver and a passenger in the front seat were killed. Three passengers on the back seat were seriously injured, while a fourth escaped with minor injuries.
