Residents of a South Coast apartment complex discovered a terrifying scene early Monday morning. Just before 7 a.m., some residents of the complex on the 200 block of West Vineyard Avenue on Oxnard saw a man walking through the building covered in blood.
Some people called 911, and Oxnard Police and paramedics found a man on the ground with several stab wounds. He was taken to a hospital, but died in surgery. The name of the man hasn’t been released.
Detectives are looking for witnesses. They think the victim might have been attacked in the carport area of 300 West Vineyard Avenue.
