A national supermarket chain which specializes in natural and organic foods is preparing to open a store on the South Coast this summer, and wants to hire 150 new employees.
Sprouts Farmers Market is going to open a new store on North Fairview Avenue in Goleta in August. The company is holding walk-in interviews all day Wednesday and Thursday at the Best Western Pepper Tree In on State Street in Santa Barbara. It’s looking for people interested in working in the bakery, deli, meat, produce and vitamin departments, as well as cashiers.
Sprouts has more than 200 stores nationwide, include locations in Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village. In addition to the new Goleta store, it’s opening a second one in our region in Simi Valley.
