The death toll also continues to rise.  Five additional deaths have been reported in the region. There were three in Ventura County, and two in San Luis Obispo County Thursday, for 408 overall.  The breakdown includes 207 deaths in Ventura County, 145 in Santa Barbara County and 56 in San Luis Obispo County.

The available ICU capacity for the 11 county Southern California region which includes Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties now stands at zero percent.  There is capacity in our area, but Los Angeles and Orange Counties hospitals are struggling with the demand.
