Central Coast High School Shuts Down Sports Workouts AS COVID-19 Precaution

A Central Coast High school has suspended all of its sports workouts after at least one student tested positive for COVID-19.

A Righetti High School Student who attended a large private Halloween party in Orcutt notified school staff that they had tested positive.

A second student who was also at the party might also be infected.  Both students are quarantining.

Righetti is operating with distance learning, and no in-person classes.

But, sports workouts have been taking place on campus.  As a precaution, the high school suspended all sports workouts for two weeks.
