Officials with the Ventura County based university say with so much up in the air because of COVID-19, some students delayed the start of their college educations.  They say others have changed plans to stay closer to home.

CSUCI officials note that while they are opening the door August 1st for Spring registration, many other Cal State campus aren’t moving up their timelines.  Cal State campuses will at least start the new school year with remote learning.
