Authorities are trying to determine what led to a fishing boat capsizing off the Ventura County coast.
It happened Friday morning, just outside of Ventura Harbor.
A nearby boat, and the Ventura Harbor patrol quickly responded to the scene. All four people on board the 65 foot long boat were rescued.
