A court appearance has been continued until May for the man accused of intentionally driving a car into a group of teenagers in Westlake Village, killing one of them.

Austin Eis appeared in court in Ventura Thursday to face a dozen charges, including murder. He hasn't entered pleas to the charges yet. The hearing is set to resume May 19. A judge ordered that he be held in jail without the possibility of bail.

Investigators say he was responsible for a string of crimes Tuesday. They include a stabbing at a store in Simi Valley, a family disturbance in Camarillo, and what they say was an intentional attack on some teens with his car in Westlake Village.

He hit four Westlake High school students who were at a bus stop in Thousand Oaks Boulevard. 15-year-old Wesley Welling died, and three of his classmates were injured.
