A fast moving Pacific storm has arrived on the Central and South Coasts Thursday, but it’s not expected to pose major problems for the region’s brush fire burn zones. It could drop a quarter to three quarters of an inch of rain along the coast and inland.
Rainfall totals could reach an inch and a half of rain in mountain areas.
Most of the rainfall should be through our area by around midnight Thursday. Snowfall is expected above the 4500 foot level. There are no watches or warnings for the region’s brush fire burn zones.
The storm is moving so quickly that most of the region should wake up to sunshine Friday morning.
