A South Coast city has wasted no time in filling its vacancy for a key city post.
The City of Oxnard has hire Ruth Osuna as its new Assistant City Manager. Osuna comes to Oxnard with 20 years of experience in the government, and non-profit worlds.
She was Assistant City Manager for Brownsville, Texas, and City Manager for Eloy, Arizona. She will fill the vacancy created by the departure later this month of Maria Hurtado, who is leaving for a job in Northern California.
