Small Quake Rattles Part of Santa Barbara County

Parts of Santa Barbara County were rattled by a small earthquake.

The magnitude 3.1 quake hit at 8:45 a.m. Friday, and was centered about nine miles southeast of Santa Ynez.

No injuries or damage was reported.
