Women winemakers of the Central Coast were featured at a natural history museum event in Santa Barbara intended to honor
Guests tasted their wines and asked about their part in the winemaking process.
Some of the women were owners, while others were actively involved in finances, marketing, seasonal winemaking, and even driving the wine barrels around with a forklift.
Several of the local female winemakers have been honored for their wines.
