Sentencing set for later this month for man convicted of killing family in Santa Barbara County.

A judge has denied the request of a convicted triple murderer in Santa Barbara County to replace his attorneys ahead of his scheduled sentencing later this month.

Pierre Haobsh was convicted of the 2016 murders of Dr. Henry Han, his wife, and their 5-year-old daughter at their Goleta-area home.

Haobsh had a business relationship with the doctor, who was a well-known herbalist. The San Diego County man is scheduled to be sentenced February 28.
