Major health care organization on South Coast getting new CEO

Ventura County's Gold Coast Health Plan is getting a new CEO in February.

Gold Coast Health Plan serves nearly a quarter of a million people in Ventura County.

A health care agency which helps provide Medi-Cal serves for more than 240,000 people on the South Coast is getting a new chief executive officer.

Nick Liguori will take the helm of the Gold Coast Health Plan organization February 1. Liguori joined the organization in Ventura County earlier this year as its Chief Operating Officer.

He has more than 20 years of experience with health care agencies specifically focused on serving Medicaid and Medicare clients.

Ligouri will take over from Margaret Tatar, who has served as CEO since 2019. Gold Coast serves its nearly quarter of a million clients in Ventura County through its network of health care providers, hospitals, and pharmacies.
