Body Of Man Found On South Coast Beach Identified

Authorities identified the body of a man found on a South Coast beach.

The body of James Gorman was found near Mandalay State Beach, in Oxnard on Sunday.

Autopsy results are pending, but officials say there were no signs of foul play
