South Coast Man Becomes Debris Cop In Efforts To Keep House, Yard From Flooding

Some residents in burn zones are doing what they can to protect their homes from flooding, and debris flows.  The efforts range from sandbags to becoming in effect street gutter debris cops, working to keep them from getting clogged.
